What is mProces?

mProces is a solution for managing business processes within the organization by switching to a digital form of document flow. Using mProces reduces costs while increasing the efficiency and speed of performing business processes within the organization.

Implementation - online & on premise

Integration is possible with third-party systems via automatic transfer of master data from ERP.

There is an option of automatic storage and/or recording of incoming invoices in the business information system. Existing integrations are: SAP, SAP B1, Aurora, Navision. Native integration is possible with mArchive (mStart's archive solution) which enables digital storage of all documents processed through mProces depending on the needs of users. Archiving of incoming invoices adheres to legal regulations, incoming invoices are archived for 11 years.

Integration with other systems

Use the provided simple interface for drawing processes, defining groups and various user roles, creating document types with related attributes through a clear interface.

Every user in the system can be a potential "consultant" - the document can be sent for inspection or verification to any user of the system.
